Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original silk packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
